On a whim I ordered a bunch of Finnish chocolate bars when I was shopping for other speciality ingredients. Decided to taste them all at once and rank them for fun!
Jim

A cultural staple and classic Finnish chocolate bar. It's a surprising little bar with a fruity marshmallowy filling. I can't place the fruit flavor, and while some say it could be apple, it has a bit of a banana aftertaste. The filling is described as a "whipped" filling, so not quite a marshmallow. A fun little bar. 9/10
Susu

This is similar to the Pätkis in structure, but the inside is chewier. It's a smooth caramel center covered in a layer of chocolate with puffed crispy rice. The description says it's actually a toffee filling, but it's not that distinct to me. 8/10
Tupla

Tupla means "double" and there are always two Tupla bars in a package. They are a chocolate covered nougat bar with small bits of almond. I'd liken it to a Three Musketeers bar except firmer and more substantial. Where a Three Musketeers bar is a bit saccarine and melts in your mouth, the Tupla holds up to a chew and the nougat isn't as sugary. I think this makes it better. 9/10
Pätkis Maxi

I was surprised that this was minty. You can read "minttutryffeli" on the package in small print, which means "mint truffle" but otherwise it's kind of hard to tell that it would be mint flavored. It's a light mint, only in the smooth truffle filling, like an Andes. Then there is a chocolate coating with puffed cruncy rice in it. Pleasant, if you like mint. 7/10
Fami

This is a dark chocolate bar with a very smooth truffle filling. Sort of like a Godiva truffle but not as "liquidy" of a center if that makes sense. Quite smooth and chocolatey. 8/10
Fazerina

Ugh, this is the best one. I'm biased though, as I like orange and chocolate. The Fazerina is a delicious and smooth chocolate-orange truffle. Decadent, delicious. Love it. 10/10
Suffeli

This has the structure of a Nutty Buddy but none of the peanut flavor. Crispy, but a little chewy! The description doesn't say it has a marshmallow or whipped filling but there is a white cream inside along with the caramel and wafer. It's light and pleasing. 8/10
Geisha

I'd say this is one of the more iconic Finnish chocolate bars. Something one would recommend you pick up as a souvenir. It's the same structure as the Fazerina and other filled Fazer bars. Hazelnut filling inside smooth milk chocolate makes for a tasty treat. Famous for a reason! 9/10
Salmiakki

What would a list of Finnish chocolate bars be without a little salmiakki? This one would be an acquired taste if you don't like salmiakki... but I do! It's a salty/sweet combination with a smooth salmiakki center. Pretty tasty, but also rich. I couldn't eat a ton of it at once, but it sure is good. 10/10
Daim

You know, I actually think this one is Swedish. However, it snuck onto the list anyway. This is like a Butterfinger's advanced cousin. A crispy toffee bar with chocolate coating. Will get stuck in your teeth for sure. 8/10
Kismet

I don't have much to say about this one other than it is a crispy multi layered wafer covered in milk chocolate. Light and airy. Not incredibly memorable though. 6/10
There you have it. The Fazerina is my queen followed by the salmiakki bar and Geisha.
